The Fox Studios website lists this building as a "Craftshop...completed in January 2007...equiped[sic] with three large work spaces providing over 35,000sqft of workshop and office space."

Dylon Pre-Dye Mix (contains Sodium Hydrosulphide)

Building 34 History

Building 34 was built on the site of another building containing significant amounts of friable asbestos.

Note the absence of dust and particle containment measures.
